I oversee the running of Future Roots which is hyh's accommodation project.
What appealed most about joining hyh?
Working with like-minded people to achieve the vision of every young person having a home from which they can grow and thrive.
What is the most challenging part of what you do?
Seeing the impact of ACE's (adverse childhood trauma) has on young people.
What is the most rewarding thing?
Seeing our housemates at Future Roots succeed!
What do you hope to achieve whilst working at hyh?
Opening more Future Roots projects across Hertfordshire.
