hyh has been supporting people in Hertfordshire since 1998. Our experienced workers are experts in their field and have directly helped over 900 young people facing homelessness in the last year alone.
Approximately 123,000 young people are facing homelessness in the UK right now. We provide vital services that help to prevent youth homelessness through education, advice and support for young people and their families.
We work in partnership with Herts County Council, local district councils and other agencies to improve local provision and ultimately, to prevent youth homelessness.
hyh’s services include education, whole family support, outreach work and supported accommodation.
