In a nutshell, what do you do?
Run the Finance function for hyh, which includes day to day finances such as payments, invoicing, banking, as well as other activities such as payroll, management accounts, statutory accounts, supporting the funding and service teams with funding reports, budgets etc.
What appealed to you most about joining hyh?
The chance to help make a difference to our young people in Hertfordshire who are our future.
What is the most challenging part about what you do?
Dealing with all the detail around our funding needs with a limited budget and time.
What is the most rewarding thing?
A job well done, and successful outcome for the young people we help.
What do you hope to achieve whilst working at hyh?
