In a nutshell, what do you do?
I help families that are in conflict identify their issues and help empower them to solve them.
What appealed to you most about joining hyh?
The ethos and missions hyh have each year through the multitudes of services provided for young people around Herts.
What is the most challenging part about what you do?
Seeing families in conflict and at a difficult time in their life.
What is the most rewarding thing?
Seeing families break through the pattern of conflict and the moment they realise what each party needs from each other to help build up their relationship again.
What do you hope to achieve whilst working at hyh?
I hope that I can make a difference to the families I meet whether big or small and continue to learn from each family also.
