In a nutshell, what do you do?
I work therapeutically with Young people or their parents/guardians. This support is given to help keep the young person at home. By helping the clients to look at themselves and their relationships more deeply, change can begin to happen.
What appealed most about joining hyh?
I had not worked in homelessness before and wanted to gain that experience. I had enjoyed working with young people and parents in other roles.
What is the most rewarding thing?
Seeing the clients begin to understand themselves and the people around them more deeply.
