Our Strategy 2026-2030
Youth homelessness is not inevitable. In Hertfordshire, it's preventable.
By 2030, our goal is to directly prevent homelessness for 2,500 young people and to reduce the risk of homelessness for a further 60,000 young people. Every young person's story is unique. With the support of our funders and our amazing local community, hyh will enable thousands more to have the chance to build safe and successful futures.
