On Friday 26th April 2024 we were delighted to host our first charity golf day of the year at Stocks Golf Club!
Luckily, the weather was on our side, and we were joined by 18 teams, including event sponsors Global Rail Construction and Halfway House sponsors MWealth. The day started with breakfast rolls and hot drinks upon arrival, before the golfers headed out to the course for the 18 holes and the opportunity to take part in three charity hole competitions. After golf, a two-course BBQ lunch was served, and golfers had the opportunity to win fantastic prizes in our charity auction and raffle. The winning team and runners up, as well as those who won the charity hole competitions, were later presented with prizes.
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and all who attended on the day, the event was able to raise an incredible £7,989 and a great day was had by all! All the money raised will help us to support young people across Hertfordshire who are facing homelessness.
